W. Clark, President
A native of Texas and a 1965
graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Craig established
C.W. Clark, Inc., in 1974 as a full-service commercial
real estate services firm. The company grew rapidly
and eventually totaled 55 employees, including 34
real estate sales agents. In 1988, Craig sold the
brokerage division to focus his efforts on commercial
real estate development. Craig’s early success
led him to expand beyond his base in San Diego County
to pursue attractive projects in other areas of California,
as well as in Arizona and Oregon.
An active participant in all aspects
of the development process, Craig has formed more
than 30 successful partnerships or limited liability
companies over the years, serving as general partner
or managing member, respectively. He has also been
active in the International Council of Shopping Centers
(ICSC) in Southern California, serves on the advisory
board of First Pacific Bank, and was a founding board
member of the La Jolla Golden Triangle Rotary. His
other outside interests include golf, bird hunting
and fishing. Craig and his wife, Jan, are active members
of the Village Presbyterian Church of Rancho Santa
Fe. |
