W. Clark, President
A native of Texas and a 1965
graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Craig established
C.W. Clark, Inc., in 1974 as a full-service commercial
real estate services firm. The company grew rapidly

to pursue attractive projects in other areas of California,
as well as in Arizona and Oregon.
Today, Craig leads the development
of more than $500 million in commercial, hotel and
urban residential real estate development under way
in three states, with additional projects currently
in negotiation. An active participant in all aspects
of the development process, Craig has formed more
than 30 successful partnerships or limited liability
companies over the years, serving as general partner
or managing member, respectively. He has also been
active in the International Council of Shopping Centers
(ICSC) in Southern California, serves on the advisory
board of First Pacific Bank, and was a founding board
member of the La Jolla Golden Triangle Rotary. His
