The original acquisition of 7.59 acres occurred
in 2004 and the center was competed in 2005.
The retail and office portion of the Center
consists of 4 separate buildings in a village
configuration, and provides 388 parking spaces
in an extensively landscaped lot. The project
incorporates extensive use of wood and stone
influenced by the Craftsman style of architecture,
which fit harmoniously with the character of
the surrounding community.
The retail portion and 2-story office
part of the Center were sold in 2006. |
