The project consists of two parcels on the southwest
corner of Scripps Poway Parkway and Scripps
Summit Drive. It sits on the entrance to the
Scripps Ranch Village Marketplace Shopping Center,
which is anchored by Vons, Sav-On Drug, Blockbuster,
Starbucks and Washington Mutual Bank.
The tenants are: Jack-in-the-Box,
which signed a 20-year ground lease and built
a 3,20- square-foot fast food restaurant, and
Bank of America, which signed a 25-year ground
lease and built a 4,500-square-foot bank facility.
These two tenants are welcome
additions to the Miramar Ranch North master-planned
community that provides a balanced mix of residential,
commercial and industrial development in the
area.
Both properties
were pre-sold before the completion of construction
in 2001.
