The 9.23 acre parcel was acquired in 2005, with plans to develop the land into 87,384 square feet of retail space anchored by a 35,000-square-foot major tenant with 25,000 square feet of outdoor sales area, and stores, shops and restaurants. Triple C Plaza’s location on NW 9th Street is designated for commercial use and its location is at the gateway to Corvallis’s main retail corridor. The property is adjacent to parcels currently occupied by a 23,800 square foot Office Max and the 38,000 square foot main branch and offices for Oregon State University Federal Credit Union. Other regional/national tenants on the NW 9th Street corridor include Bed Bath & Beyond, Starbucks, T. J. Maxx, Borders and Regal Cinema.

Construction is anticipated to start in 2007, with completion in the Spring of 2008.
