Summary
The 9.23 acre parcel was acquired in 2005, with plans to develop the land into 87,384 square feet of retail space.

Triple C Plaza is at the gateway of the city’s main retail corridor. Home to Oregon State University and technological research, Corvallis has the highest education level and second highest income in Oregon.
