The Pivot Point riverfront redevelopment plan encompasses a $100-milliion mixed-use residential, office, and retail development anchored by the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. As part of the redevelopment plan, the site will provide easy pedestrian access to all public and private elements as well as other parts of the Yuma Heritage area, including the Gateway Park, Yuma Crossing State Park, and the Riverfront Nature Interpretive Center.
