One of eight components comprising the Pivot Point development plan, is a 113,000 square foot hotel, parking facility and conference center to be located at the historic Yuma Crossing site on the Colorado River in downtown Yuma, Arizona.

The current plan encompasses a 25,000-square-foot conference center and $20-milliion, 150-room Hilton Garden Hotel. As part of the redevelopment plan, the site will provide easy pedestrian access to all public and private elements as well as other parts of the Yuma Heritage area, including the planned Gateway Park and Riverfront Nature Interpretive Center.

Construction to begin in 2007 with completion in the summer of 2008.
